If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional who knows how to keep things moving in a high-volume environment, this could be a great opportunity!
You'll take ownership of day-to-day AP activities, including:
? Managing a high volume of invoices each month
? Handling weekly payment runs
? Processing employee expenses and payment requests
? Researching discrepancies and following up on outstanding items
? Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements
? Maintaining documentation related to vendor and subcontractor activity
? Assisting with year-end 1099 processing
? Jumping in on additional accounting projects when needed
? 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
? Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
? Able to prioritize, troubleshoot, and follow through
? Professional, dependable, and collaborative
? Construction industry experience
? Experience with Viewpoint Vista
